  • 4 whitefish medallions or fillets or other fish that you like
  • salt pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice as much as you like
  • milk we can use non-dairy milk and you will need enough to cover the fish
  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs I used rye toasts grated
  • garlic powder as much as you like, to season the breadcrumbs (you can also use dried herbs)
  • some olive oil

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Start by dicing the fish and put it in a bowl.
  2. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice as much as you like.
  3. Cover it with milk, close the bowl and leave it in the fridge for 12 hours (from one day to another, or from the morning to the evening)
  4. Prepare 3 bowls: one with the flour, other with the beaten eggs, and the last one with the breadcrumbs seasoned with de garlic powder.
  5. Pre-heat the oven at 180ยบ C.
  6. Drain the milk from the fish, pass the fish in the flour bowl, then the egg and finally the breadcrumbs, and put it in a tray. Repeat the procedure to all bites.
  7. Sprinkle with some olive oil and take it to the oven for 20 minutes.
