- Start by dicing the fish and put it in a bowl.
- Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice as much as you like.
- Cover it with milk, close the bowl and leave it in the fridge for 12 hours (from one day to another, or from the morning to the evening)
- Prepare 3 bowls: one with the flour, other with the beaten eggs, and the last one with the breadcrumbs seasoned with de garlic powder.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180ยบ C.
- Drain the milk from the fish, pass the fish in the flour bowl, then the egg and finally the breadcrumbs, and put it in a tray. Repeat the procedure to all bites.
- Sprinkle with some olive oil and take it to the oven for 20 minutes.
