Start with the applesauce (if you don't have it at home).
Add the pitted and chopped apples into a pan. Add the cinamon and water and heat it.
When the water start to boil, low the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes stirring, so that the apples soft evenly. If the apples aren't cooked (soft when you stick a fork) let them cook for a few more minutes.
Puree the apples and reserve.
Pre-heat the oven at 160ยบ.
Lay the rolled oats, the chopped walnuts, the sliced apple, the sesame seeds and the cinnamon into a tray. Mix it well.
Add the applesauce and mix it to coat all the dry ingredients with the sauce.
Take it to the oven for 45 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes.
Once cool, store in a jar or bag. It conserves for 1-2 weeks.
