Instructions
- Add the strawberries, the dates and water to one pan.
- Heat the mixture until the strawberries unfrozen and puree it (if you use fresh strawberries, you can skip this step and puree immediately). Add more water if the mixture is to thick (it should slide easily from the spoon).
- Add the agar-agar, heat to boil and let it boil for 5 minutes (or more, but never less).
- Place the mixture into a mold and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Unmold and serve.
Notes
You can keep them out of the fridge for a couple of days and in the fridge por one or two weeks.
