Fish Cassava Flour Porridge

Ingredients
  • 50-70 gr fish I used whitefish or the recommended dose for your child
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion sliced
  • 5-6 cubes of pumpkin
  • 1 small zucchini chopped or 1/2 big zucchini
  • 1/2 small cabbage julienned or 1/4 big cabbage
  • 4 tbsp. cassava flour
  • water
  • 1 tsp virgin olive oil per portion to season in the end.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients, except the olive oil, in a pan or in a food processor mixing bowl (like Thermomix) and let it cook for 15 minutes. (15min/100º/speed1)
  2. At the end of the cooking dilute the cassava flour in tepid water until smooth. Add to the stock and mix. Let it cook for another 7-10 minutes. (7min/100º/speed1)
  3. Season with the olive oil and serve.

Notes

You can puree it or smash the vegetable if your child prefers other consistency.
