Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except the olive oil, in a pan or in a food processor mixing bowl (like Thermomix) and let it cook for 15 minutes. (15min/100º/speed1)
- At the end of the cooking dilute the cassava flour in tepid water until smooth. Add to the stock and mix. Let it cook for another 7-10 minutes. (7min/100º/speed1)
- Season with the olive oil and serve.
Notes
You can puree it or smash the vegetable if your child prefers other consistency.
